Welcome to the Mothers Against Predators Blog. We are gathering information and resources for parents to help them keep informed and hopefully protect their children from predators. We are based in Jacksonville Florida and cover Duval county and Clay County areas. We will be creating a sister site for St Johns County, Nassau County and Baker County at http://mapforlife.info.
We are including links to resources and information as well as posting blog entries about what we, as parents, can do to help keep our children or as safe as we can. Other than keeping them locked in our homes we have to be proactive in staying informed about our neighborhoods, knowing our neighbors, getting to know our kids friends, school environment and playgrounds.
We invite city, county, state and national law enforcement employees to join our blog and become guest bloggers. This is a strictly volunteer organization and we rely on our friends and neighbors to keep everyone abreast of whats happening and the various ways we can keep our children safe.
